I began yoga shortly after the birth of my youngest child to help manage postpartum anxiety. The mental and physical changes from engaging in a regular yoga practice have had an amazing impact on my life!
As an occupational therapist, I use yoga principles to help children manage

I do this by improving their internal and external body awareness. Teaching kids to breathe and connect with their bodies is a wonderful use of yoga principles. I am looking forward to bringing trauma-focused yoga to adults in the coming year too!
