Callie, Executive Administrative Assistant

If you call the office with any scheduling or referral needs, you will likely receive supportive and thoughtful help from Callie! Problem-solving and juggling the expectations of her team and hundreds of patients each week are Callie’s superpowers. Callie is a Montana State graduate and her background in psychology helps her juggle her role on the Wild Roots team. Callie identifies needs and takes on the responsibility of wisely delegates. When not in the office, Callie is a devoted wife, daughter, and friend. She is also an energetic gamer, coffee connoisseur, and creative surprise planner.
Jess is at her best when combining her knowledge in providing skilled OT services and Integrated Listening Systems to help children and adults increase their performance in regulation, sensory processing, and motor skills. Occupational Therapy is Jess’s second career, and she brings a wealth of knowledge in family systems and development to our clients and team.
Jess began her time at Wild Roots Therapy as a Level 11 fieldwork intern from the University of North Dakota, Casper, WY campus. Jess continues to dive deeply into the neuroscience of trauma and also loves working with the autistic population.
When not at work, Jess is an avid outdoorswoman and enjoys quiet time with her dog, network of friends, and her family in Wyoming.
